An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Wednesday, repeating until Wed, June 6, 2018
Tai Qi Qi Gong exercise and beginning Inner Alchemy practice are the focus of the first hour of each session, moving together through martial stances, stretching, shaking, breathing, healing sounds, chi massage, and meditation to support the cultivation of balanced energy for mind body and spirit. Qi Gong practice at any level applies the Chinese Principles of the five elements, yin and yang, and energetic channels to connect the bodies’ inner structure, organs, and energetic constitution with the life sustaining cycles of nature. The practice will transition to an optional hour of open movement to explore independently, followed by a closing circle to ask questions and share individual experiences.
